I have been a professional in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years. Working with clients on a personal level and helping them reach their fitness goals is my passion. I truly enjoy training, motivating, and educating my clients on all aspects of fitness, including cardio-endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. I develop individualized and effective exercise programs that best meets each client's distinctive background and goals, whether it be weight loss or sports specific training.
