Wellness Check-ins -designed to promote the well-being of older adults by providing regular, proavtive monitoring of their health, safety and emotional wellness, often through phone calls or in-person visits.

Wellness Walks - structured walking programs designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Offer opportunities for social interaction and improved health outcomes. Individual or group walks.
